Process Document

Creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and a defined scope of work (SOW) is Vital because it helps both the client and Infinity’s team plan and work efficiently. The SOP outlines the steps and processes to follow, while the SOW specifies what work will be done, the expected outcomes, and timelines. Together, they ensure that both teams are on the same page and can smoothly transition from planning to live production without confusion or delays.

Deadline-Driven Plan

The transition of processes and tasks follows a time-bound approach with clearly defined milestones, ensuring that clients do not spend unnecessary time during the transition. This structured timeline enables efficient progress, allowing for a smooth and timely execution. Clients can focus on their core objectives, knowing that the transition is being managed effectively.

Team Deployment & Account Manager

 To ensure smooth and effective communication between the client and the Infinity team, a Client Account Manager is designated. This manager serves as the main point of contact for the client. The Client Account Manager receives regular updates and reports from a skilled and well-prepared team, ensuring that the client is always informed and the team is aligned with the client’s needs.

Accountability

Every step of the transition process is done in a clear and transparent way, ensuring the client fully understands what is happening. This approach helps the client feel confident and assured that the process is on track and aligned with their goals

Data Handover

Timely data delivery is crucial for business, and clients are regularly informed about the progress of both data reception and delivery. Service Continuity

Performance Tracking
